This warranty encompasses all parts and components, with the exception of wear and tear parts, under the condition that the owner adheres to the maintenance and servicing guidelines outlined in the Operator’s Manual. Distance technical support via email or phone will be provided by Bison Equipment technicians or authorized agents appointed by Bison Equipment.
Coverage under the warranty for your Bison Equipment product commences upon delivery.

Warranty Period
The warranty becomes active upon the purchase date, and its expiration date will be accessible on our website.
The Warranty covers repairs to correct any unit defects related to materials or workmanship present in the unit at the time of purchase. Prior approval from Bison Equipment is required for all repair requests during the warranty period. Exceptions to the warranty are detailed in the Exclusions section.
Bison Equipment will undertake repairs during the warranty period as per the specified Terms, Limitations, and Conditions. This warranty constitutes the sole warranty provided by Bison Equipment.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
Depreciation, damage, malfunction caused by normal wear, lack of reasonable and proper
maintenance, improper servicing, failure to follow operating instructions, misuse, lack of proper protection during storage
Depreciation or damage caused by accident
Equipment that has been altered or modified in ways not approved by Bison Equipment, including, but not limited to, setting injection fuel delivery pump higher or lower than Bison Equipment specification
Failure to use the proper fuel, lubricants, or other maintenance items as described in the operator’s manual
Addition or replacement of chemical weight materials
Regular maintenance services such as:
adjustments (cables, linkages, pressures, etc), transportation charges
However, on machines purchased within 30 days or 30 working hours, Bison Equipment will subsidize travel costs for warranty repairs on the units, up to a maximum of 125 mi ($300) one-way, or 250 mi ($600) round trip.
Damage resulting from a natural calamity beyond human control such as fire, flood, etc.
Replacement of regular maintenance items such as light bulbs, pre-heater elements, filter elements, injector nozzle assembly, clutch disc/pressure plate/release bearings, brakes/parking brakes lining, oil and lubricants, coolants, belts, drive chains, rubber, resin, broken glass, cutting blades, bucket cutting edge and teeth, etc.
Damage resulting from the use of unapproved implements and accessories
Rust and paint issues are not included in the warranty
Repairs defined in a service bulletin past the warranty terms of the product or bulletin
Repairs to any unit that has been reported stolen or damaged and considered a total loss
Equipment not sold by Bison Equipment Inc.
Terms, Limitations, and Conditions
Maintenance
All units require periodic maintenance, as outlined in the unit’s Operation Manual, and it is the customer’s responsibility to perform regular maintenance. Failure to properly maintain the unit and perform regular maintenance may void the Warranty.
Damage from Accident, Misuse, or Alteration
Damage or failure caused by an object striking the unit, fire, theft, freezing, environmental exposure, exceeding the duty cycle, modifying or altering the unit, and/or any other misuse is not covered under the Warranty. Damage or failure due to acts of god (flood, tornado, etc.) or acts of war are not covered under the Warranty.
Extra Expenses
Economic loss or extra expense due to unit damage/failure is not covered under the Warranty. Under no circumstances is Bison Equipment liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages due to unit damage or failure.
Disclaimer
Bison Equipment makes no other warranty, express or implied, and specifically disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Suggestions concerning the use of products are not warranties. The customer is responsible for determining the suitability of products and appropriate use. Bison Equipment’s sole liability for breach of warranty, negligence, or otherwise shall be the repair of the unit as specified in this Warranty.
Other Terms
Bison Equipment does not authorize any person or persons to create any other obligation or liability in connection to this unit. Any shipping damage should be brought to the attention of both the freight carrier and Bison Equipment as soon as possible.
